- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream, to serve

Preheat oven to 425°F. Generously butter four 6-oz ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.

Melt chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth.

Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar together until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
