- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium lemon, sliced (for topping)
