Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Green onions and sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

Simmer sauce for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Return shrimp and toss to coat.
